Returns & Refunds

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time: We process and ship all confirmed orders within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location and courier timelines.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email for monitoring delivery status.

Shipping Delays: Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, natural events, holidays, or logistical disruptions. Such delays are beyond our control, but significant updates will be communicated.

Delivery Address: Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once delivered, the responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Pre-Delivery Check: Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If any damage or discrepancies are found, refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately at info@mafyaofficial.com.

Invoice Retention: Keep your Invoice/Delivery Note safe for warranty or return-related communication.

Installation (If Applicable): Some products may require professional installation. Customers may arrange installation through their preferred service provider.

 
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy


Exchange Eligibility: Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

Return Process: To request a return or exchange, email us at info@mafyaofficial.com within the eligible period. We will provide authorization and return instructions.

Inspection & Verification: All returned items go through a quality check. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos or video. Valid claims will be processed for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.


Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Warranty: All warranty services are provided directly by the respective brand or product manufacturer. Warranty duration and terms depend on the brand’s official policy.

Our Role: We do not provide or control warranty services. We only assist customers by guiding them on how to contact the brand’s authorized service center or support team.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:

– Damage due to mishandling, modification, or physical damage after delivery.

– Damage caused by power fluctuations.

– Unauthorized repairs or service by non-authorized centers.

– Consumable or wear-and-tear parts.

Warranty Claims: Customers must contact the brand’s official service center for warranty claims. The product invoice must be retained and produced as proof of purchase.


Liability Clause
Limited Liability: Our liability for damages to persons, property, or the product itself is limited strictly to the cost of the purchased product. No other claims, direct or indirect, will be accepted.


Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Arbitration: Any other disputes will be resolved through a sole arbitrator under The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
